Recruitment Administrator - P&I Resourcing E&W - Doncaster
Duties:
- Administration of packs, right to work checklists, people records, recruitment paperwork etc, answering phone, supporting team.
- Work alongside the Powerlines HR department to ensure all relevant processes are in place across the company and adherence to data protection and GDPR.
- Ensure compliance with company process, procedure and legal requirements within the team.
- Liaise with and submit timesheets to payroll for systems entry as well as maintaining locally collated copies and updating the library of timesheets for future referral.
- Maintain the records and paper databases in accordance with GDPR compliance.
- Assisting in the administration of the SPL Permanent Employee Roster under the Supervision of the resourcing team.
- Deal with visitors to the Doncaster office, meeting and greeting and referring them to the relevant persons.
- Answer telephone calls and deal with them in an appropriate manner.
- Responsible for recruitment packs and associated assurance checks, right to work, interview preparation and record keeping.
- Assist with collating and queries along with payroll, dealing with invoices, timesheets and general administration.
- Assist the Audit and Training Co-ordinator, assisting with collation of paperwork in preparation for company audits and updating files as well as supporting paperwork.
- Assisting with the booking of and collating and record keeping of all hotel bookings ensuring an up to date log is kept and any discrepancies with invoices are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Ad-hoc associated administration duties to support the business.

- An understanding of working practices in the Railway industry.
- Experienced using IT.
- Competent in administrative duties.
- Good attention to detail.
- An organised and methodical approach to tasks.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- The ability to stay calm and meet deadlines.
- Awareness of health and safety guidelines.
