Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Project Coordination and Execution:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work progresses according to the project plan.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Assess and manage safety hazards in the workplace.
- Enforce safety rules and regulations to minimize accidents.
- Conduct regular safety inspections.
- Team Leadership and Communication:
- Lead and motivate site workers.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance.
- Foster effective communication within the team.
- Quality Assurance:
- Monitor work quality and compliance with specifications.
- Address any deviations promptly.
- Ensure adherence to project standards.
- Resource Management:
- Allocate resources efficiently (materials, equipment, labor).
- Track resource usage and report discrepancies.
- Documentation and Reporting:

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in rail construction or maintenance.
- Certifications: Possess relevant certifications (e.g., PTS, SSSTS, SMSTS).
