Multi-Skilled Civils Operatives (Scotland)

We are seeking experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Civils Operatives to support upcoming civil engineering projects across Scotland. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in civils work and the ability to carry out a variety of tasks on site.

 

Location: Scotland

Duration: Starting January 2026 – Ongoing works (minimum 6 months)

Rates: Competitive

 

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake a range of civils tasks, including groundworks, ducting, drainage, and general site duties
• Operate tools, plant, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist supervisors and engineers in delivering works to a high standard
• Work as part of a team to ensure projects are completed on time
• Maintain excellent health and safety practices at all times

Requirements

• Previous civils or groundworks experience is essential
• PTS & CSCS card required (NPORS/CPCS, Cat & Genny, Abrasive Wheels)
• Ability to read and follow site instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive approach
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Full UK Driving Licence
