Engineering Supervisor - ES (Rail)

Role Overview

As an Engineering Supervisor, you play a crucial role in overseeing engineering activities within the rail industry. Your responsibilities include managing work sites, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating engineering teams to achieve project objectives.

Set up and manage worksites within engineering possessions on the rail infrastructure.Work under the direction of a Person in Charge of Possession (PICOP). Coordinate on and off-tracking of On Track Plant (OTP) and train movements within designated worksites. Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations. Conduct risk assessments for engineering activities. Ensure safe working practices for all team members.

Qualifications and Skills

• PTS Certification: Possess a valid Personal Track Safety (PTS) certificate. COSS / ES 
• Leadership Abilities: Ability to lead and manage engineering teams effectively.
• Communication Skills: Clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to address engineering challenges.
