P&I Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of our client, for a Energy Delivery Director - Derby

Duties:

Leadership & Strategy:

• Develop and implement regional business strategies in alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
• Lead and inspire the regional team to achieve performance targets and uphold company values.

Operational Oversight:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and financial goals.

Business Development:

• Identify growth opportunities within the region, including new markets and partnerships.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients while cultivating new business relationships.

Team Management:

• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, partners, and local authorities within the region.
• Represent the company at regional events, meetings, and industry forums.

Performance Measurement & Reporting:

• Set and evaluate regional KPIs to ensure the team meets or exceeds expectations.
• Provide regular reports to senior leadership on regional progress and challenges.

The Person :

• Experience of leadership and relevant experience specifically within multi discipline Projects and specific demonstrated experience of delivering Energy/T&D projects is essential.
• Proven track record of delivering project/business and performance improvement activities.
• Excellent Computer literacy.
• Full Driving licence and Willingness to travel.
• Open minded for new technologies.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and support as required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm and meet deadlines.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth and improve operational performance.
